Terms & Conditions
- The standard check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
- A maximum of three adults is permitted per room. The third guest will be accommodated with a mattress or rollaway bed. The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use.
- All water activities are subject to weather conditions. If a paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed and should be received by the guest within 30 days. For complimentary activities, no refunds will be issued if they are not operational.
- Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The booking price does not cover personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, tips, camera fees, etc.
- For inquiries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our cancellation policy.
- All holiday services include ferry tickets for basic category seats, which are reserved based on availability. Therefore, ferry timings cannot be confirmed at the time of booking the holiday package. Additionally, inter-island ferry seats are booked according to availability and group size, so we cannot guarantee adjacent seating.
- In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew / natural calamity / other unforeseen reasons, we will try our best to reimburse the traveller the appropriate amount against the same in case a refund is possible. However, Our Agency is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
- No cancellation & refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslides or any destination that is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
