Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our commitment is to deliver an exceptional travel experience. Recognising that plans can change, we have crafted our Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
- For any Bookings between 15th December and 15th January(High peak Season), the Payment is Non-Refundable in case of Cancellation.
- Any Bookings within a period of 10 days or less are Non-Refundable in case of Cancellation.
- 15% of the Package Cost will be charged as a Penalty on Cancellation 30 or more days before Arrival.
- 25% of the Package Cost will be charged as a Penalty on Cancellation between 20 and 29 days before Arrival.
- 50% of the Package Cost will be charged as a Penalty on Cancellation between 10 and 19 days before Arrival.
- 100% of the Package Cost will be charged as a Penalty on Cancellation within 10 days before arrival. Refunds are being processed within 1 1-week period; however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by the processing bank.
